2. Non-Recruitment & Non-Agency Status AzubiPrep is not a commercial recruitment agency, employment brokerage (Arbeitsvermittlung), or manpower placement company.

• We do not hire candidates, we do not pool labor for commercial lease, and we do not act as an intermediary representing employers for a placement fee.

• In strict compliance with both German social law (§ 296 SGB III regarding private employment brokerage) and applicable Indian labor export regulations, AzubiPrep does not charge candidates any success-based placement commissions or job-finding fees.

3. No Guarantee of Placement or Visas All fees charged by AzubiPrep are strictly milestone-based and tied directly to measurable educational and preparatory services rendered (such as language modules, profiling, and document vetting). Admission to our academy does not guarantee a employment contract, an apprenticeship slot (Ausbildungsplatz), or visa issuance by government authorities. Final selection rests solely with independent German employers, and visa adjudication rests strictly with the Federal Republic of Germany.

4. Regulatory Compliance We do not provide unauthorized legal or immigration advice. Our logistics support strictly adheres to the official framework of the German Skilled Immigration Act (Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz), including the utilization of the state-regulated, accelerated procedure for skilled workers (§ 81a AufenthG) via the relevant local authorities.
